Alpine’s annual Precision Tune-Up is not simply an inspection. We clean, check and inspect various components in the system and provide you with a report of our findings. If we find weak components or things we recommend addressing you will receive an up-front price to approve before any repair work is done. Following is a list of things we do depending on the type of equipment:
Clean:
- Flame sensors
- Burners
- Condensate trap
- Condenser coils
- Cabinet
Check:
- Electrical performance of motors, capacitors, igniter, and pumps
- Electrical connections
Replace:
- Filter
Inspect:
- Heat exchanger
- Flue
