The simple three steps below will help you identify which equipment you would like to enroll for maintenance in our Service Partner Program. Once you’ve completed your Service Partner Program order, you will have a username and password to log in to your account to manage information and enrolled equipment, with full control over starting and stopping payments.
If you have more than one property, we’d love to take care of all of them! We recommend signing up each property as an individual Service Partner Program order. Keeping your properties separate gives you the simplest control over equipment and payments on a property-to-property basis.
Step 1
Decide which of these main systems best fit your property and needs, then select “Add to Cart”. During checkout you will be asked to specify what type of system you have (e.g. gas furnace, boiler, etc.). If your property has more than one of the following systems, you will have the opportunity to review your cart and update quantities before finalizing your order.
Indoor Units include a gas furnace, electric furnace, air handler, boiler or room heater.
Outdoor Units include an air conditioner or heat pump connected to the indoor unit.
Note: servicing an indoor and outdoor unit at the same time is most economical but may require you to perform addition filter changes throughout the year on your own. 1” filters typically last 3 to 6 months. A 5” filter (available below) typically will last 12 months. If you service your indoor and outdoor unit separately in the spring and fall we will change the 1” filter both times.
Step 2
If your indoor unit uses a 5” Healthy Climate filter, pick which efficiency filter you want and select “Add to Cart”. Remember, 5″ filters typically last 12 months. If you need more than one filter, you will have the opportunity to review your cart and update quantities before finalizing your order.
Step 3
When we are there to service your main system(s) we can take care of additional equipment very efficiently in the same annual visit. Pick any additional pieces of equipment you want serviced and select “Add to Cart”. You will have the opportunity to review your cart and update quantities before finalizing your order.
